Made to Order
Made to order products will be available to order until 9am Wednesday 7th November 2018. After this time, all orders will be collated and sent to our factory, where all garments will be custom made on a 7 to 9 week lead time. Once made, these orders will be delivered to your home address with an estimated delivery of December.
Stock items
Once your order has been placed, your garments will be picked, decorated, packed and sent out via our track and trace service within 7-10 working days.
Our courier will provide parcel recipients with a one hour delivery window, notified by SMS or email, so you don’t have to wait in all day. All we need is your email address or mobile phone number and you will be able to follow your Samurai delivery to your front door.
Please note that if an order contains both made to order and stock products, the order will not be dispatched until the made to order element has arrived.

Made to Order (Bespoke product)
For customised & bespoke products i.e. made-to-order we are unable to accept returns except in the case of manufacturing error or faulty goods. Notification of an issue/fault/shortfall with an order must be made in writing to us within 14 days of delivery. The goods must be returned in unused condition in their original packaging, including all attached labels and swing tags, and the cost of any loss, damage or reduction in value of the goods will be borne by the customer. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery or courier service with adequate insurance cover as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received. The standard warranty for garments manufactured by Samurai International is six months.
Core Stock Product
You can return plain core stock items to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The garments must be in their original condition, with all labels, bag and tags intact. Any garments returned outside of this time will not be accepted. We will process accepted returns for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your return. Core stock item(s) that you have customised, or where you have purchased customised stock on behalf of a Club/School/College/University or organisation, whose kit include logo(s), name(s) and/or number(s), these garments are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged except in the case of manufacturing error or faulty goods.
