Return/Exchange Terms & Conditions
How to request a refund or exchange.
Please read the statements below
Samurai will only process return/exchange requests received by completing the form on this page.
You must submit this request to Samurai within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once your request for a refund or exchange has been accepted you must then return the specified garments within 14 days.
Garments that have been made to order or personalised, including the addition of initials, cannot be returned/exchanged.
We will try and help with returns/exchanges of any product unless it is personalised.
As stated above we will only accept return/exchange requests received within 30 days of delivery.
If the request is received after more than 30 days from delivery, or the returned items are not received by Samurai within a further 30 days of the request, Samurai may not accept the return request. This also applies if garments are returned without prior communication with Samurai, or the item is worn, damaged or not in its original packaging Samurai may not process the return/exchange.
If the value of the goods is diminished by any amount as a result of handling the goods by the consumer beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, then Samurai may recover that amount from the consumer, up to the contract price.
Samurai does not bear the direct costs of returning goods as stated on our ordering notification (contract of sale).
Recommendation: For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery or courier service with adequate insurance cover as Samurai cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
Exchange item/s will be delivered to the customers shipping address once we have accepted their request. We cannot process returns/exchanges requests for garments that have been personalised. We approximate that the garments will be delivered to the customer within 14 days (depending on product availability). If a refund is required Samurai’s Accounts Department will raise a refund and inform you by email. Samurai will aim to process refunds within 7 working days of receipt of goods.

The standard warranty for all garments manufactured by Samurai Sportswear is six months.
Requests for refund or returns on non-personalised stock garments (aside from club crest/sponsorship logos) purchased from SISL must be made within 30 days of receipt. All items must be returned “as sold”; in a resalable condition, in their original packaging, swing tags and tickets attached and unused.
We reserve the right to deduct from any refund to YOU the reduction in value of the goods. We will be unable to refund or replace any items that do not meet the above requirements. An additional delivery charge is applicable to any item sent in exchange (unless sent due to a fault with the product).
