Stock availability changes on an hourly basis. In case of an availability problem, where the number of orders exceeds the current stock level, you will be informed by email or phone with an expected availability date for your order.
For garments marked PRE-ORDER, we operate an open and close pre-order window where supporters place their orders during this period.
CLOSING DATE FOR PRE-ORDER WINDOWS
#1: Shop opens Monday 9th December and closes Friday 17th January 2020.
After this time, all orders will be collated and sent to our factory, where all garments will be custom made on a 7 to 9 week lead time subject to MOQ’s being met. Once made, these orders will be delivered to your home address with an estimated delivery of mid March.
Once your order has been placed, your garments will be picked, decorated, packed and sent out via our track and trace service within 7-10 working days.
Our courier will provide parcel recipients with a one hour delivery window, notified by SMS or email, so you don’t have to wait in all day. All we need is your email address or mobile phone number and you will be able to follow your Samurai delivery to your front door.
If your order contains both pre-order and stock items, and you wish for stock to be delivered before your pre-ordered garments are ready – please select part despatch at checkout. Alternatively, if you select standard delivery, all of your garments will be despatched together once the pre-order items arrive.
